As a Lead Sales specialist, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.
As a Lead Sales Specialist - Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:
Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers
Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers and opportunities
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice
Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders
Handling diverse clients in assigned region and area

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales)
Have minimum 3 years working experience in Oilfield Services sales
Be fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills
Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards Drilling Services
